A Comparison of Climate change effects on Agriculture in Europe and Africa

Instructions:
1. Use sources such as the IPCC, FAO, World bank, USAID. Also, use more resources aside from the ones uploaded. Listed below is a good source to start. Don’t use this source extensively.

www.fao.org/3/a-i4332e.pdf

2. ALL PARAGRAPHS MUST HAVE REFERENCES TO SOURCE. I NEED MORE THAN ONE REFERENCE FOR EACH PARAGRAPH. ALWAYS CITE REFERENCES. THE SAMPLE PAPERS ARE MISSING REFERENCES. I NEED A COUPLE SOURCES PER PARAGRAPH. ALL GRAPHS AND TABLES SHOULD HAVE REFERENCE TO SOURCE.

OUTLINE:
1. PROBLEM STATEMENT, RESEARCH OBJECTIVES, AND SCOPE OF WORK
2. CLIMATE CHANGE IN AFRICA AND EUROPE. DEMOGRAPHICS AND CLIMATE CHANGE EFFECTS IN EUROPE AND AFRICA IN TERMS OF AGRICULTURE. DIFFERENT FARMING METHODS USED IN AFRICA AND EUROPE.
3. METHODOLOGY – different methods utilized by source to gather data.. Statistical Framework utilized by each source to gather data is listed on Methodology, Selection of study area and sampling, Data analyzing and methods of instruments, Methods of analyzing the impact of climate variability on agriculture. This should explain the concepts used by researcher or primary source to compute agriculture yield, economic yield, ricardian analysis, process based crop simulation, integrated assessment, etc
3. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO AGRICULTURE IN AFRICA AND EUROPE DUE TO CLIMATE CHANGE PROJECTED FROM 2000-2050 OR PROJECTED FURTHER THAN 2050. HOW IS IT DIFFERENT AND THE SAME? How will climate change affect agriculture? What will happen to crops in Europe and Africa? Also, fisheries and livestock will be included. Focus on the main crops such as Wheat, Maize, Potatoes, Sugar beets, Barley, and Rice in the two continents.
5. What will be the agricultural yield due to climate change? What are the economic yields? Would climate change be detrimental or have a positive effect on Crops? What are the different opinions of Farmers based of a large sample size? One example is to used source that utilize a Ricardian Analysis for both Europe and Africa.
6. How will farmers adapt to climate change in Europe and Africa? What are the differences and similarities with their adaptation techniques?
7. What are the mitigation techniques? Differences and similarities of approach in Europe and Africa
8. What are the summary of findings, limitations of study, conclusions derived from source, which source do you agree with the most, which sources you think is not accurate.

Paper must focus on Europe and Africa. Compare and contrast the different climate change effects on Agriculture in Europe and Africa throughout paper. The material should focus on these two continents. Body must have at least 22000 words. (275 x 80)
