CRAAP test

In this assignment you will be using a test – the CRAAP test – that was developed by librarians to evaluate
information on the Internet.
1) Choose one of the research questions that relate to Brain and Behavior
2) You will find information on two websites that would help you to answer that question. You can use the
websites that I have provided here or you can find your own – but these must be about the brain AND behavior.
Please fill in a CRAAP test form (attached here) for each of the two websites to help you evaluate whether
these websites should be trusted. NOTE, to help you assess the reliability of the website/newspaper/magazine
you should look it up in Wikipedia. You will be evaluating whether the information could be used in your wiki.
Make sure to fill in your answers to each question as well as a score. Note, at least one of these websites
should be a reliable source of information (which the CRAAP test will help you to assess)
3) Use the information from the CRAAP test forms to write a short statement about each website explaining
whether or not you trust the information that the website provides and why.
4) Don’t forget, there should be two separate CRAAP test forms filled for each website
