Conduct a situational analysis by considering the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats of the healthcare organization as related to the identified problem. Students should
keep in mind that the strengths and weaknesses will likely be internal to the organization while opportunities
and threats will likely be external to the organization. Students will demonstrate critical thinking skills by
