The graphical abstract should be formatted to the journal standards (which should be stated in https://www.science.org/content/page/instructions-preparing-initial-manuscript#preparation-of-figures ). with a 50 word descriptor (or word limit allowed by journal).(see in the journal the guide for author and what size of graphical abstracts required don’t do it as A4 size (this got the top mark))
