Alibaba would like to provide free access to online courses for the 500 Souq employees, so they dont have to spend money on their own professional development. To achieve this, Alibaba would like to acquire a new Learning Management System (LMS). The are several choices available in the market as follows:
Moodle
TalentLMS
iSpring
Blackboard Learn LMS
The link below is very useful and contains more information about the listed LMSs, along with links to their websites.

As Alibabas IS acquisition management team, you need to perform the cost-benefits analysis which will consider the strengths and weaknesses of each LMS and help in choosing the best option. An example of the cost-benefit analysis matrix is given in slide 11 of the chapter Developing and Acquiring Information Systems. You need to develop a similar matrix for the given LMS systems with the following criteria as shown in Table 1.

Table 1. LMS selection criteria for Alibaba.com
The weight assigned for each criterion should be in the range shown in the third column, for that criterion.
The rating is a number between 1-5 that you should assign to each LMS for each criterion based on how much you feel the chosen LMS fulfills that criterion.
The final total weight for each LMS is a sum of the requirements weight and constraints weight. The LMS with the highest total weight is the LMS that will be selected and deployed by Alibaba for the professional development of the new employees.
