• Choose one employment-related legal liability (ie: discrimination, harassment, etc.) pertaining to this company that we have discussed this term and describe how and why it is a concern for your hypothetical company;
• Discuss what can be done to avoid or reduce the company’s risk with regard to this legal liability; and
• Describe what can be done after an incident involving this legal liability arises to mitigate (reduce) the damage (cost) to the company.
