  • Take stock of what is being done today in the area of Acquisition
    o Assess how the Talent acquisition team acquire talent today
    o What are the tools used to attract talents? How effective are they?
  • Underline the strengths and weaknesses as perceived by Firmenich employees with regard to its current talent acquisition practices
    o What are constraints / limitation faced by the talent team do their work?
    o Highlight any organizational issue in terms of interaction with other relevant services (Corporate Com, Sustainability, Talent and HR partners)
