Assignment 1C is related to research traditions within informatics/information systems.
Categorize and describe current Scandinavian research traditions within informatics/information systems. Questions you can ask yourself: What is distinctive in the research? What kind of methods, methodologies and perspectives are common? How is research reported? In which sources?
Procedure: Follow the course activities and suggested literature. Additionally, do own searches and relate to literature and topics in previous and parallel informatics courses. Reflect and discuss your findings. Additionally, discuss and analyze research focus on the analytical levels: individuals, organizations and society.
Respond to the assignment individually and relate to what you have found in the literature, learnt by lectures, own experience, outcomes of peer discussions, etc. and own analysis.
Present your work in a recorded PPT, round 5 slides and 10 minutes, Make use of suggested tools, like PowerPoint.
