Building on the work you have completed in Assessment 2, undertake an analysis of the broader social, political, historical factors operating within the policy area.
In order to complete the assignment you will need to undertake the following:
· Identify the policy area
· Locate the policy you have reviewed in assessment 2 within the broader policy area
· identify the social, political, historical factors shaping the development of policy and implementation in this field. Here, provide an analysis of the relationships and intersections between the different factors in the policy area and in the policy formation process. Make arguments backed by evidence as to whether one or more factors dominate in policy formation in the area.
