Change Diagnosis and Process Paper– Strategic Change Interventions Assignment Information and Instructions Purpose – To extend the critical thinking process associated with two areas of organizational development and change. Student will describe and analyze a change, develop a change process, and address the critical issues in implementing the change. Change Diagnosis and Process Paper #2 – Strategic Change Interventions The proposed change process for this paper will be a Strategic Change based intervention from our textbook or from another peer-reviewed source. Include the following sections: Title Page per APA 7th Edition Organization Background- brief description of the organization that is experiencing organizational diagnosis and change process. This section also includes key leadership and stakeholders involved. Organization Diagnosis- describe the major issue the organization experienced that requires organizational development and change. Include the level of diagnosis required (organizational, group, or individual) and explain the process for collecting, analyzing and feeding back data. Organization Change Process- describe the process of change for the specific organization development issue identified for this paper based on a Human Resource Intervention (Part 5) or Strategic Change Intervention (Part 6). Managing Change- briefly explain how you plan to manage the change process. Conclusion- close with a strong conclusion to your paper.
