Communication Plan

As a public health leader, how would you develop a communication plan for stakeholders? What types of skills do you have or would you need to lead this plan? How important are the skills of interpersonal communication, cultural sensitivity, and computer skills for public health leaders? Who would you involve, and why? What guidelines would you follow to ensure successful communication with stakeholders? When and why would you choose either oral or written communication?
