Come up with a question regarding conflict resolution and answer this question in the essay. See instructions below…
For this assignment students are required to select one of a variety of questions about conflict resolution. The student will then critically and thoughtfully
respond to that question in a well-written essay. That is, more precisely, the goal of this essay is to develop and test a theoretically informed argument
about some aspect of conflict resolution that we discussed during the course.
You would formulate a thesis statement or argument about this question (ie, the claim you will test in your paper). You could then test this claim in your
paper by contrasting and comparing between two or more different cases in order to draw conclusions.
The emphasis of this assignment is supporting the development and expression of your critical thinking and analytical abilities; it is NOT on description
alone. You are therefore well-advised to use one of the models or frameworks which we were introduced to in this class as the basis for objectively testing
your claims about the topic you have chosen.
The paper should be presented with an introduction and conclusion, as well as subheadings for the various sections. All references cited should be listed in
the reference section.
Please use APA style for citing references and formatting the essay (this is a helpful resource for learning APA style

Researching the topic beyond the class readings is required and citations of class readings should be integrated into the paper, as well. Typically, in a paper
of this type, I would expect you to utilize at least 10 – 15 different sources that are cited within the paper (including class materials).
