Director Panel Questions
For this assignment students will formulate at least 5 questions/points of conversation for the panel interview that will be held in class on September 21st. A theme that should be addressed during the interview, is the leader vs manager criteria (you may review the criteria presented in Carlson & Donohoe with them if needed). Find out if the director considers himself/herself a leader or manager. What do they feel is more important? What qualities (personal/professional) do they feel are needed in an effective director?
