How do the Oman Government economic empowerment programmes compare with the rest of the world and what more improvements need to be instituted? (900 words, at least) (30 Marks) 2. Profile of Selected Omani Entrepreneur. Choose one Omani entrepreneur and prepare a detailed entrepreneur’s profile by exhaustively discussing five entrepreneur’s personality/characteristics based on the data gathered using primarily the Personal Entrepreneurial Competency Scoring (PECS) sheet, and some relevant literature on theories and philosophies behind entrepreneurial behavior. Further, discuss the management of one type of entrepreneurs and compare the similarities and differences with selected Omani entrepreneur.
