  Choose a recent example of authoritarians using the internet and weigh how successful it was. Please evaluate NATO’s performance in establishing security in Afghanistan since 2001. Do you think NATO articulated a feasible security objective for the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF)? Or did conditions like national caveats perhaps unduly limit the effectiveness of operations? Why or why not?
