constraints, time and costs, where other agile methods don’t always have this. This case study illustrates how a company can successfully develop a
hybrid agile approach that blends together elements of a plan-driven approach for managing time and cost constraints and still provide flexibility to
their customers.”
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
• Scenario Selection: Provide an overview of the current situation, facts, assumptions, and project requirements.
• Analyze key principles of traditional project management (TPM) and adaptive project management (APM) with detailed examples of key principles
and
stakeholders.
• Explain how the triple constraint is handled in traditional project management.
• Review various types of project management (PM) approaches.
