Research proposal in human resource management.
Do employee perceptions of their organisation’s reward system (IV) affect their perceptions of organisational justice (moderator), and does this affect their job satisfaction (DV). The research design is quantitative. It will be carried through surveys and data will be analysed using SPSS. The research will be carried out in a financial services firm.
