Recently there was a policy put out that stated there will be an implementation of an Embedded Behavioral Health (EBH) program on a local active duty military base. The EBH is a team of Behavioral Health specialists composed of a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and a nurse case manager, along with support personnel who work closely with the battalion’s Soldiers and Command.
