Leader vs. Manager
For this reflection, students will refer to the criteria for leadership discussed in Carlson & Donohoe. The following questions should be answered in your written submission:
There are a number of leadership categories presented, do you agree with the categories presented? Why or why not?
What categories would you change, add, or delete?
Decide whether you are a leader or a manager. What qualities do you have that would make you a good director? Describe why these are important qualities for this position.
This reflection should be approximately 2 pages. All submissions should be double spaced, written in complete sentences, and free from spelling/grammatical errors.
