Furthermore, disagreements between team members can enhance understanding,
allowing everyone to see situations from each other’s point of view. By engaging in meaningful debate about how best to proceed with a certain challenge or problem, teams are able to reach more informed decisions and ultimately achieve higher performance levels as a result.
When conflict arises within a team dynamic, it is important that it is managed effectively so both parties involved understand why their individual opinions differ and come away feeling respected regardless of whether they get their own way or not.
