Audience: Governor
Situation: You are the Critical Infrastructure Protection Officer in the New York State Department of Homeland Security. The governor has tasked you with drafting an assessment of the mass transit security grants your state has received from the DHS since 2010.
Specified Tasks: In order to complete this task, you must answer the following questions:
