Design a 45-60 minute exercise regimen that’s specific to the betterment of your health, career path and lifestyle.
- Your Design should entail the following with the time required for each section:
o Warm up
o Cardiovascular Fitness
o Muscular Strength & Endurance
o Core
o Stretch
o Cool Down - Develop your Regimen based on the following:
o Specific exercise
o Amount of Resistance
o # of Repetitions
o # of Sets
o Rest Intervals
o Frequency of Workouts - Perform the exercise regimen you developed at least 1-3x’s this week
- Reflections, Conclusions & Takeaways
o What were the benefits of executing the Physical Fitness routine you designed? Disadvantages?
o As you build muscle and increase endurance, what adjustments can you make to your designed regimen?
o What are the benefits of incorporating a Physical Fitness regimen in your weekly agenda?
