Option #2: New Product Development Processes
Describe the stage-gate process for new product development and the use of SCRUM for new product development process. Include the following:
-Evaluate the pros and cons of each process.
-Which process would you recommend for use?
-Give the rationale for the process you selected.
Include a minimum of two outside academic and professional references that provide information and guidance for your assignment. Use the CSU-Global library to find appropriate scholarly/academic references. The length of the paper should be two to three pages of content.
