Topic : Write an article for publication in a journal for Human Resources and Recruitment managers.
1. The article should give an overview of the ‘Hexaco’ and Big-5 ‘OCEAN’ personality models and then briefly describe/compare their strengths and weaknesses.
2. In particular the article should explain how they are measured (e.g., refer to well-established questionnaires) and whether the evidence regarding the validity of these personality models makes them suitable in an occupational setting (e.g., as a recruitment/screening tool).
