Context: This intervention was designed and delivered to 10 staff members of Rehability UK. The team comprised of (1) 7 x support / senior support workers, (2) 1 registered manager and (3) 2 team leaders. The delivery of the intervention was delivered via Microsoft Teams (online) on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
