• Discuss an incident of discrimination or racism that you have either experienced or witnessed in relation to your work. If you have not experienced any incidents during the course of your work, please comment on any related experience you, your friends, or families have experienced.
• Discuss what educational approach you believe might be most effective for teaching children about prejudice and explain why.
• What do think should be done to counteract the negative stereotypes children learn through socialization?
• How might ECEs learn to face their own racism and prejudice and why is this critical to the work?
