You are the Recreation Manager of a residential clubhouse request by The Owners’ Corporation to organize an outdoor activity for 200 residents and 100 guests on Sai Kung. Elaborate the effective risk management plan to apply on the programme. 2. Patrick is the Club Manager of a private club. The club facilities are included a 25m 4-lanes outdoor swimming pool in 1.2-1.6m depth to open for members and guests at 0700-2200 daily. A lot of algae in the swallow water of the pool are found recently. The lifeguards improve the pool chlorine in the higher level to wipe out the algae but it made the members to feel uncomfortable. Patrick proposes to install an additional ozone system to minimize the problem as well as to enhance water quality. However, chlorine is the most common water chemical than Ozone to be used for water disinfection. Refer to Figure 1 below and justify Patrick’s suggestions of installing the ozone system with reasons.
