o Job Description
o Person Specification
o Interview structure and questions
Along with the provision of these documents you should include a reflective statement that demonstrates your understanding of these areas of Recruitment and Selection.
Each element of this reflective statement should be accompanied by a brief summary of personal involvement and a minimum of TWO academic references relating to each area. Tell the story of your involvement in the creation of the group piece. The reflective statement should be 1000 words.
List websites, internal company documents or interviews with members of the organisation as part of your references.
