Regulating voter registration

Considering the issues with the last Presidential Election, what are your thoughts about regulating voter registration. Throughout the history of the United States, there has been election fraud, this was not a new concept. The use of the dead, stealing Social Security #s, and buying votes is not new. Political Power is far reaching within all facets of our government. What are your general understandings of Bill 959 and the real purpose. Do you feel that Bill 959 will solve the underlying issues that are so engrained in our political history? Explain your answers.
