Review at least three specific studies, measures, etc., that tie together the topics and how they relate to business.
Highlight any significant statistics, findings, etc., that would be important for a leader to understand.
Part 3: Case Examples
Find at least one business case that demonstrates the importance and value of supporting the constructs you identified and how other organizations approached similar issues and found a return on investment.

Part 4: Application and Conclusion
Provide a succinct conclusion that:
Circles back to the original thesis statement and ties it all together
Outlines at least one actionable recommendation
Discuss any limitations, ethical concerns, etc., that should be kept in mind when making decisions that could impact employees.
Consider how a visual might help to emphasize your story or recommendations.
