Expand the narrative of why these constructs are so important to business performance, supported with research. Review at least three specific studies, measures, etc., that tie together the topics and how they relate to business. Highlight any significant statistics, findings, etc., that would be important for a leader to understand. Part 3: Case Examples Find at least one business case that demonstrates the importance and value of supporting the constructs you identified and how other organizations approached similar issues and found a return on investment.
