It is a Reaction paper based on the journal. Paper is not suppose to have first or second person.
Students is required to write a reflection paper in which they will discuss their own responses to Spencer (2008). This paper will incorporate the student’s feelings,
experiences, and reactions.
1. In simple terms, identify Spencer’s main thesis.
2. Share your “gut” reaction to his points. Do not use the word ‘gut.’
3. Did your reaction cause you to make a self-reflection?
4. How might this reflection affect your future practice?

•What is the background of this show? Explain what years it was on TV, describe the channel it aired on, the main characters, setting, etc..
•What social issues and historical events were taking place at the time the show was being broadcast?
•Did these issues affect the television show in any way?
•Did the television show make an impact on popular culture?
