We have to make a negotiation at school about SOLAS Convention, and if it should be revised or not. My team supports that SOLAS Chapter II does not need amendments and should remain as it is. Below you will find attached arguments of for both sides. We need to choose 3 or 4 out of 6 highlighted statements and create arguments on those (you can find them on the document named 'SOLAS should be reformed'). So I need arguments on some of them why SOLAS chapter II should not be reformed, and why it's fine as it is. You can use real case studies as well.
