Terrorism and privacy

1) Explain the history of terrorism in the US. Select various laws and intelligence reform in the US that has been working and those laws and areas that have failed. How can we improve in the fight vs. terror? 2) Explain what US-IC, HSINT and CBRNE are in depth. How do these affect privacy laws in the US? Does the Patriot Act play a role and how can we conduct intelligence gathering without impacting an individual’s civil liberties?
