2).Summarizing your observations and analyzing what your observations suggest about how people experience environmental conditions at a workplace.
3).Include observations about:
accessibility; walkability; proximity to other facilities; safety; cleanliness; attractiveness and image (signs, symbols, artifacts); ambient conditions (temperature, noise, music, smells, colours); interior space layout (connectedness of ‘working’ and ‘social’ spaces; equipment; furnishings); design-for-all/universal design features.
