· Explicitly identify and describe the independent variable, the dependent variable, and any mediating variables that may exist.

· Design a research plan as to how you would collect the data for the purposes of this research; clearly making an argument as to why the data collection you propose is the best way to do it.

· Describe how you would want to collect the data.

· List hypotheses that you would like to explore once you have collected the data.
