Emotional Intelligence – Goleman
Design a learning activity to teach knowledge/skill relevant to an adult learning setting in which you work or wish to work. Refer to what you’ve learned
from Adult Learning: Linking Theory and Practice. The learning activity must integrate all three theories of intelligence within the design of the
instructional approach and assessment.
Include the following in your learning activity:
Outcome: A learning goal, objective or purpose of the activity
Assessment: Method to assess the extent to which the adult learners master the learning goal, objective or purpose. Assessment should address
multiple intelligences, practical intelligence and emotional intelligence.
Instruction:
Description of learning environment (online, classroom, workplace, or other)
Materials needed

mastery of the outcome. This is the bulk of the learning activity.
Accommodations or modifications, if necessary, to meet the needs of all learners.
