Conduct three concert reviews (three different essays). Each essay is about specific concert or music video, three links are below. These instructions below are for
each one essay.
The paper, 750 word minimum, should contain the following information: • Who is playing what where? Why did you choose this concert? • If the music or period has been
mentioned in class, how does it relate? ( the class is : music in society)
If not, how do you anticipate it relating? Use the building blocks to describe the 2-3 contrasting pieces/movements in detail. (This should be in-depth, roughly 500
words) • Did you like it? Was the concert what you expected? Why? *Note that the point value for this assignment is equal to a quiz.
Students normally receive nearly half credit, with points subtracted slightly for non-relation to building blocks.
