The proposed question is:
To which extent RIA has shown itself effective in critically assessing and evaluating the proposed and existing regulations in UK, Australia , Korea & USA.
You need to give examples of regulations that were assessed using RIA in different areas in those countries especially in health and safety and to which extent it was effective ( cost benefit studies results ) .
you need to highlight the diffusion of regulatory impact analysis (RIA) in those counties and the European Union (EU).
you need to highlight the negative and positive points of that experience in each case .
You also need to propose some corrective / preventive actions to improve the existing RIA approach (if any)
