In this assignment, you will draw from the insights gained from your research and analysis of a selected organizational policy and stakeholder groups to craft a proposal for a new or improved organizational policy that addresses inadequacies uncovered in your research.

Instructions
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has approached you, the Director of Work-Family Policies and Programs at the company, concerning the organization’s strategic need to address inclusion and diversity issues at the organization through work-family policies.
Drawing on a refined version of the CEO Elevator pitch (Pre-reflection Assignment), your research on an organizational policy (Assignment 2), and stakeholder groups (Discussion Board 3), construct a policy proposal for the CEO with a new or improved organizational work-family policy that contributes to a more inclusive and diverse organization. The report must clearly define the policy or program, make a case for how it advances DEI strategy, and discuss how it will be applied equitably in a broadly diverse workforce.
Your proposal should also include an implementation plan and a plan for evaluation and adjustment. Consider the following questions in your implementation: How does it fit in the organizational culture? What leadership training will be provided in the implementation plan? How will you engage supervisors in the process? How will the policy/program work for different units and groups within the organization? How will you assess this?
