Order Description
Consider the following statement: All people have biases; self-awareness is the key to understanding how these biases affect the delivery of health care to individuals, families, and populations.
Review The Neighborhood™ 2.0 site.
Select a vulnerable population represented in The Neighborhood™ 2.0 as the focus of your paper. The population can be from any season and involve any of the characters.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you apply criteria to select a vulnerable population, study that population’s demographics, and reflect on personal attitudes and values toward that population.
•Identify a vulnerable population.
•Describe the population’s demographics based on research of professional literature and websites including local, state, or national levels.
•Describe your personal awareness of the population before studying the demographics. Examples are attitudes, biases, and stereotypes.
•State the effect of research on personal attitudes after gathering knowledge.
•Include how knowledge might affect health care delivery.
•Describe the situation the character is in, and how you feel it should be dealt with based on the knowledge you have gathered about the population.
•Use self-reflection to evaluate your perceptions before and after learning about the population.
•Cite at least four references with at least three from the University Library.

When you log in click on the course “NUR/440 – HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND PROMOTION FOR VULNERABLE POPULATION”
next, click on the tab that says “week two”. Then scroll down to “assignments” and click on “The Neighborhood™ 2.0: Vulnerable Population and Self-Awareness Paper” then, click on the “paper” tab, then click the “External Content Launch” tab and it will redirect you to the “neighborhood 2.0.
vulnerable person is Mr. Benito Jaramillo, once you click on his tab you will have to read his profile and go through the seasons and episodes tab to find all seasons and episodes. I believe there are 3 seasons and 15 episodes each, they are small passages. Find what his condition is that makes him vulnerable in the population. Finally you will have to write the paper following the criteria above, in regards to his condition or problem.
Once you log in to the class, on the top black margin, click on the “Library Tab” then “University Library” and search for 4 sources pertinent to Benito Jaramillo’s condition of problem making him vulnerable to the population.
