A catalog for a museum exhibition of your own design, consisting of an introduction (min. 300 words) and 8 Japanese art objects, with an image, a caption, and an analysis of at least 150 words for each object; the objects must be arranged in a logical order that fits the theme of the exhibition (such as chronologically, by subject, or by medium). If outside sources are cited, they should be listed as endnotes.
The introduction should introduce readers to the subject of your exhibit, and also the statement you are making or the question you are exploring within your exhibit. Topics to consider including in your introduction are:
Why is this exhibit important?
How the exhibit is organized
Basic information the reader should know about your subject before viewing the exhibit
Why and how you chose the works featured in the exhibit
What you hope the reader will learn from the exhibit
