A trauma-informed or trauma-sensitive educator

            If a friend or colleague asked you what it means to be a trauma-informed or trauma-sensitive educator, how would you currently respond AND how is that (or isn't that!) different than how you may have responded a few months ago? How do you respond to people who say something along the lines of, "Oof, I don't know how you do it."
