The Business Plan’s Unit Action Plan sets out the objectives to facilitate the changes recommended in the value-adding services and value-adding support strategies. Based upon your reading and the Videos, how did you go about identifying the strategic objectives for achieving the value-added services and the required support for these new/modified services? How do you envision the managing by the objectives that are reflected in the Unit Action Plan? How could the adherence to the Unit Action Plan impact other aspects of your case study organization that are not part of the strategic changes recommended by the value-adding services and support strategies?
