Action plan

Prepare a specific action plan for Foster to help her deal with the need for continued growth in China. What should be on the agenda for her meeting with Chen? 1. Video meeting every two weeks, report weekly company performance. (Standardize the reporting process from China to the US, improve transparency) 2. Hire a financial analyst who can use GAAP as financial reporting method (who is also familiar with Chinese taxation and regulation) 3. Make a short term and long term plan with Chen.(Working with him instead of giving him too much autonomy) 4. Work with Chen together with new strategy towards Chinese market, and make changes with the existing cafes based on the new strategy.
