An activity or intervention and review of the literature

Background to assessment: In this assessment you are to identify an issue in your workplace where evidence from research has either not been put into practice or has not been effectively implemented, and then facilitate a discussion about this issue with at least 2 other colleagues in your workplace to explore any shared concerns and suggestions about how to address it. *****My issue here is using simulation with experiential learning alongside competency based assessments in nursing.*** PART A: using the identified issue you have discussed with your colleagues, write a summary from the discussions, from your observations and from the research literature to present this issue as an activity or innovation PART B: Provide a critical review of the literature that justifies implementation of this activity or innovation.
