The patient is a 29 years-old female who is presented in the clinic complaining of SOB, coughing, body ache, chills, and c/o headaches. The symptoms three days ago and are worsening. Patient c/o continues pain below the eyes, forehead, and chest pain when coughing. Headache is described as a sharp pain rated at 4-5/10, rhinorrhea has clear discharge, and her coughing worsens at night. SOB, cough, and congestion get worse when lying down. Also, the patient has associated symptoms, including c/o of sinus pressure, SOB, body aches, sore throat, pressure on both ears, and feeling tired. The patient has tried OTC Tylenol and Theraflu but has not helped. The patient works at a daycare with kids and has missed two days of work.
