Acute Sinusitis

The patient is a 29 years-old female who is presented in the clinic complaining of SOB, coughing, body ache, chills, and c/o headaches. The symptoms three days ago and are worsening. Patient c/o continues pain below the eyes, forehead, and chest pain when coughing. Headache is described as a sharp pain rated at 4-5/10, rhinorrhea has clear discharge, and her coughing worsens at night. SOB, cough, and congestion get worse when lying down.
