Analysis and Discussion Order Description   Select a company of your choice in E commerce or Internet media, and describe your analysis and discussion including all of the following: (i) the business model (including ?what are the revenue source and ?what value the company creates for customers?) of e-commerce of the company (2) the competitive analysis of the company, ie. the comparison of the company you have chosen and other competing companies in the same or similar category (3) the reasons why the company you have chosen has been successful, or not so successful In your analysis and discussion, you are basically supposed to take a business perspective, although you may include a user perspective. In choosing the company, please try to select a public company, or a company with sufficient public information or a company you know well. Please try to distinguish between facts, data, citations and your analysis/opinion in your paper.
