Give background about the Author, the short story, and explain the element of fiction which will be the focus of the essay. State your claim. Develop the body paragraphs by analyzing one of the fictional techniques used to develop a short story include your critical sources to support your points. Conclude by evaluating the effectiveness of the story according to the claim. Introduce your sources and use in text citation MLA. Use short quotations and summaries.
