Use the data set “eviction_lab_data Orange Durham Wake” (linked below) to create an “eviction profile” for one of the three counties[1]. Create a 1-page profile that spells out how the various data has changed over time. For example, are evictions increasing? Is poverty rate changing? How rent burdened are renters?
Imagine the audience is the county board and you want to explain to them how much eviction and renter-stress is an issue in your county. You might include comparisons to the other counties. Include graphs, graphics, table, charts, etc in order to make it easy for the reader to visualize and quickly comprehend the data.
