Annotated Biography and Literature Review on a Negative Correlation between Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction

  Write an annotated bibliography & literature review that reflects the depth of your knowledge on a survey result that shows a negative correlation between employee satisfaction and employee engagement. In this particular case, the rate of employee engagement is moving upward and at the same time the rate of employee satisfaction is decreasing.
